Arnhem Foyer Floor Tiling
The Trustees have approved the retiling the Arnhem foyer floor. Work will officially commence on Monday, 30th November 2020. The project will last approximately 7 – 10 working days. Small onsite preparations for the project may start as early as Thursday, 26th November 2020.
A temporary dry wall will be installed in the foyer, which will partition off the primary work area from day to day foot traffic.
Access to the building via the Loxton Road entrance will be limited during this period. The lifts and the parking area door in the foyer will remain accessible.
Please only use the parking area side door during this time.
Should any residents be moving in or out of the building during this period, please inform Trustees with at least 72 hours notice, so any special preparations can be made.
