The complaint handling procedure is as follows:

  1. Complete the form below and click on submit.
  2. Your complaint will be tabled for discussion at the next trustees meeting.
  3. All complaints will be treated as being confidential.
  4. A trustee will provide feedback via the managing agent OSRO.
