The Trustees have approved a request from Elite (the exterior refurb contractor) to work on Saturdays. This approval is strictly limited to painting and no noise. They have approval to work from 8:30 am until 2 pm on a Saturday.
The exterior refurbishment work is subject to the weather conditions; both rain and high winds are problematic.
It is important that they capitalise on any favourable weather conditions, which will reduce the duration of the project.
