These remotes are bought in bulk, programmed, and receive a unique serial number associated with a unit. Should the new remotes get lost, they can be deactivated remotely. You are responsible for the replacement of the other keys, including the post box keys in the foyer.
Tenants require written authorization from owners to receive a remote on their behalf.
