Over the past 24 months, the Trustees have worked towards addressing the exterior of Arnhem. A new sliding door automatic mechanism has been installed. This ensures that the pedestrian door now operates safely and will no longer collide with pedestrians. The door has a special locking mechanism that provides an extra level of security when closed. Video below shows the operation.
